The Fuel Moto 107" 'EZ' kit is a simplified version of our standard 107" kit while still maintaining the absolute highest quality components. The 107" 'EZ' kit is designed to work with stock cylinder heads and valve train components. The 107" 'EZ' kit contains custom components such as CP Carillo forged pistons and Fuel Moto EZ Quick Install pushrods, all of which have been extensively tested in house both on the dyno as well as in real world conditions to ensure top level performance on all H-D Twin Cam 96" and 103" motors.
These custom forged pistons from CP Carillo configured at 10.25:1 compression ratio and are designed to be used with your stock cylinder heads. The ring end gap is already set and are simply ready to be installed.
The standard 107" 'EZ' kit requires you to send us your OEM cylinders where they will be serviced and returned back to you with the big bore kit. If you were looking for a quicker turnaround we also offer a core exchange program for OEM cylinders.
The cams are the workhorse of any big bore kit which is why every single Fuel Moto big bore kit has a set Wood Performance Knight Prowler cams inside. The 107" 'EZ' kit includes and was designed around the Wood Performance TW-555 camshafts.
The Fuel Moto EZ quick install adjustable pushrods are the finest pushrods available, engineered for maximum strength and durability these pushrods install right inside of the stock pushrod tube covers.
